A vision of creating a business using only quality ingredients was the Johnny Ripe Story.
The creators of Johnny Ripe, Adam and Michelle, are both trained chefs originally from a seaside town north of Sydney. After working overseas and running successful businesses in Sydney, they yearned for a quieter pace of life and started searching for an area that would fit the bill. The Mornington Peninsula had a lot to offer and it was here that they found what they were looking for…and a small orchard was the beginning of their well-loved apple pie.
Now, with three children and the determination to create a sustainable livelihood for their family, Adam and Michelle are on a modern pursuit to make great pies. All Johnny Ripe products are made by hand with passion and integrity. With a small team, Adam and Michelle work hard and continually strive for a better product. They are committed to ensuring every product that goes out the door is perfect.
